With 15+ years working with top brands, Lizzie launched creative PR agency Munch in 2016 at 29, quickly becoming an industry standout as the youngest agency boss to win PRWeek's 'New Consultancy of the Year'. In 2019, she paused Munch to build Nibble, an AI-powered platform that offers brands and agencies instant, pre-vetted freelance talent.
